Nicholas Dale,

Education 

Nicholas received his bachelor of science from Colorado State University, and completed a Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University – Pettit College of Law in 2011.

Experience

Nicholas has worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Colorado’s 10th and 13th Judicial Districts as well as a Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Colorado Springs. He has an extensive trial record and commanding courtroom presence having conducted nearly two hundred trials to both judges and juries.

His current focus is traffic defense, estate planning and probate, and family law.

​

Nicholas is also a Navigator in the Air Force Reserves, obtaining the rank of Major.  He has been a part of the military for over 17 years, and has over 2000 flying hours, including over 350 combat hours in the C-130 Hercules aircraft.
